Hi, I’m Deborah Ann Woll. When I was 14 I found a note in my locker that said ‘Why don’t you just kill yourself cause nobody likes you,’ I think it was like a line from a movie or something, at that point. And someone thought it would be funny to leave that for me… all I remember is knowing that what I wanted to do was be an actor and that if I had that I could just keep going. And no matter what anybody said I had a dream and I had something that mattered to me. So that’s what really got me through it all. Now I’m doing what I do love and uh despite all of those instances where people made me feel less than, I, now have a better understanding of humanity, in a way. I could now be a friend to the lonely. So just remember it gets better.
